Immediately after Tokyo Fuji Art Museum’s “Masterpieces of Western Oil Paintings” concluded at the Ho-Am Gallery in Seoul, South Korea, the same exhibition opened at the Ho-Am Art Museum in the city of Yongin in Gyeonggi Province. A sweeping depiction of the evolution of Western paintings from the 16th to the 20th century, the exhibition created a sensation among viewers in Korea.
