Museum hosts students from Hachioji Nakano Kita Elementary School

On February 6, some 40 fifth- and sixth-year students from Hachioji Nakano Kita Elementary School toured the Tokyo Fuji Art Museum. The tour is conducted under TFAM’s ongoing educational services initiative designed to develop interest in art and art history for youth in the Hachioji community, along with learning the correct rules and manners as museum viewers. The students viewed works from TFAM’s “Grand Masters of Ukiyoe” exhibition and took part in workshop in which they took part in creating woodblock prints.
