Hakubun Shimomura, Japan’s Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, visited the Tokyo Fuji Art Museum on December 10. TFAM Director Akira Gokita led the minister on a guided tour of TFAM’s “Impressionists at the Waterside” exhibition .
