Some 110 representative pieces were selected from a personal library of over 200,000 pictures by the renowned Japanese photographer in “China: Exhibition of Photographs by Hiroji Kubota.” The photos were shot throughout the Chinese mainland, from the Yangtze River and Yellow River basins to Beijing, Tianjin, Guilin and other regions. This critically acclaimed exhibition was held in various cities abroad as well, including New York, Paris and Beijing.
