With its origins in the 14th century, the Bodleian Library of the University of Oxford is the oldest library in Europe featuring some of the finest and foremost literature and references in the world. The special exhibition, “The Treasures of the Bodleian Library,” showcased 100 premium items selected from the library’s immense collection of 5.5 million works, including the original Magna Carta (reissued in 1217), which was shown for the first time outside England.
